We can provide a team of experienced peer reviewers to quality assure your provision. You may choose to focus on a specific subject or phase or area of whole school provision. The review will highlight areas of strength and identify specific areas for development over the coming year. Our team of peer reviewers, current effective practitioners, will act as critical friends. They will bring rigour, professionalism, transparency and a collaborative approach to each phase of the review processes.
We have found that this enables open conversations and valuable opportunities for reflection and development for all colleagues involved in the peer review process. The review is not an Ofsted inspection and should not be viewed as a mock inspection, but a developmental and peer – led review focused on teaching and learning grounded in an ethos of open accountability, trust and partnership.
