NQT Training and Development

ATLAS Secondary NQT
Induction Programme

Our NQT sessions are led by outstanding practitioners and consultants. They provide an opportunity for secondary NQTs to meet, reflect on and share their practice with NQTs working within different contexts whilst benefitting from expert input from highly skilled facilitators.

The NQT programme has been matched to the Teachers’ Standards and supports the NQTs in developing the required evidence, knowledge and skills to succeed in their induction year.

The programme has been informed by feedback from previous delegates and NQT coordinators. Feedback from the 2017-18 programme includes:

‘an excellent workshop, well planned, engaging and effective training for NQTs’
‘loved the discussion and that everyone contributed. Great model for our classrooms’
‘I thought the motivation by the facilitator, engagement and pace of the training was very effective’
‘a great session… I can’t think of anything to make it more effective’
‘Great strategies shared backed with evidence from a variety of sources’
